This beautiful holiday home is situated in a quiet location in a beautiful environment with lots of greenery in the back of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski, only a few minutes by car from three very popular places (Crikvenica, Selce and Novi Vinodolski).
We have sand and pebble beaches in the surrounding area.
The holiday home is located on a beautiful large plot with a mountain view.

The holiday home has a large living room with kitchen a dining table and nice long sofa.
The kitchen is modernly equipped with oven, ceramic hob, and especially popular is the coffee machine with whole beans.
In addition, there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and two single beds for children.
All bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom and there are additional WCs in the corridors in the house. Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with TV/Sat, air-conditioning. There is wi-fi in the whole house.

You also have the possibility to rent a motorboat for an extra charge on site. Requirements are a boat license and the motorboat must be available as it is also used for other purposes.
