This beautiful country house, located a few kilometres from the Costa de los Pinos, is the perfect place for a relaxing and cultural holiday. The house can accommodate up to 8 people.

The house has a modern interior, and a rustic look. Inside, you will find everything you need. The ground floor offers a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a cosy living room with a TV, two large bedrooms with access to the terrace, and two bathrooms (of which one is en suite). On the first floor, there is another living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Outside, the house offers something for everyone. The covered terrace invites you to spend a relaxing evening with a barbecue or a good glass of wine. The large garden offers a playground with a slide, a seesaw and a swing, which makes the house very suitable for families with children.

The garden also contains a large infinity pool, which is fenced for child safety. Next to the pool, you will find a covered terrace, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Here you can fully enjoy the beautiful Mallorcan summers.

In Son Servera, you will find everything you need for a carefree holiday: shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Every Friday, there is a weekly market where you can buy fresh fruit or vegetables of the island.

The Canyamel beach, Cala Millor and the bay of Costa de los Pinos are quickly reachable. Costa de los Pinos is a beautiful bay, that you cannot miss! Clear, clean water and white, flat sandy beaches offer enough variety for everyone. Here you can go swimming or even fishing. Also there are numerous water sports.

If you're not looking to spend your holidays on the beach, you can try out the golf course "Pula Golf", which is only 1 km from the house.
