This comfortable, modern villa is located in a quiet residential area in Mougins, just 7 km from Cannes and the sea and beach.
The location of this villa is excellent: there are no direct neighbours.
The 1000m2 grounds feature a private swimming pool (11m x 5m - 160cm deep - alarm) which can be heated (extra charge). Outdoor garden furniture, a dining table for 10 people, deckchairs and a table tennis table are ready to welcome you for convivial moments.
A gas barbecue provides delicious meals.
There is private parking for 3 cars.
Shops are 2 km away and the sea and square are 7 km away.
