Sobre el alojamiento
The Provencal villa with private pool and sea views is situated on the heights of Mandelieu, only 9 km from Cannes. All amenities (shops, restaurants ...) are located only 2 km away and the beach and the sea is just 4 km away.
A heated swimming pool is available on request (10m x 5m - depth 100-200cm) in the magnificent 1200m2 enclosed garden.
The villa has been furnished with great care and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with the family or with friends.

The large holiday home can accommodate 10 people and has a living area of 220 m2, spread over 2 floors.
On the upper floor there is:
- The living and dining room with fireplace
- The open gallery with a sofa bed (2 people)
- Fully equipped kitchen
On the lower floor there is:
- 1 bedroom with double bed, TV and bathroom
- 1 large bedroom with double bed (2x80), TV and bathroom
- 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and TV
- 1 bathroom
All rooms (except 1 bedroom) have access to the terrace / pool.
The house has a 100 m2 large terrace (facing south) with garden furniture, sun beds and barbecue. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and forget about your worries.
In the garden we find the large swimming pool where you can cool off on hot days.
