Charming finca in a quiet location with pool on Majorca

This typically mediterranean finca is located only 500 m from the Majorcan village Cas Concos. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a fantastic view, that reaches up to the mountains.

The next shopping facilities, restaurants, as well as a pretty farmer's market are only 1 km away.

This finca is a originally 200 year old windmill, which has been completely restored to very high standards, providing many modern requirements, but preserving several details, like for example the original stone carved vaulted ceiling.

The interior provides a cozy living room, which is very cool during the summer, as well as a big kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has a door which leads directly to the garden. There's a bedroom with one double bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds. They share a bathroom.

In the outside area you can find the beautiful, well-kept garden and the big pool with terraces and comfortable sunbeds. There's also a poolside shower with toilet and washing machine for extra comfort and a small, covered terrace with dining table and BBQ.

The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and electricity, water, gas.

A first baby chair and a baby cot (60x120cm) can be provided free of charge. For each additional chair or other cot 10 €/per night will be charged.
