This holiday home offers accommodation for 10 persons and is located in the village of les Issambres. Les Issambres is located in the municipality of Roquebrune-sur-Argens in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The house is located between the Gulf of St-Tropez and the town of Fréjus, which was already known in the time of the Romans. Fréjus is only 12 km from the house away.
Les Issambres consists of 8 km of coastline with many rocky bays, but only 7 km away is a place called Sainte Maxime where you will find a beautiful 11 km long sandy beach.
The holiday home has a living space of 200m2, which is divided on 2 floors.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, a living room with open fire, a kitchen and a bathroom. Furthermore, you have access to the 2 terraces from the first floor and you have a view on the sea from there.
On the ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, this floor is not directly connected to the upper floor, but only by a staircase in the outside area of the house.
In the outside, you will find a heatable pool and a barbecue. To enjoy the many hours of sunshine in the south of France this house offers a terrace but also a covered terrace. You will also find a petanque game on the property.
This house is located in a residential area and thus the first supermarket is only 1km away.
The sea is only 1500 meters away.
