Sobre el alojamiento
This beautiful holiday home is located in Stoumont in the Ambleve valley.
Stoumont is less than 15 km from the beautiful city of Spa where you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars. You will also find the spa baths.
The house is only 20 km from the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit which is also called the most beautiful circuit in the world.
The house offers accommodation for up to 30 people.
The ground floor

The ground floor is composed of an entrance hall as well as a large playroom with various games such as minifoot, airhockey, billiards, play area for children and 2 TVs with DVD player.
In addition you will find on the ground floor a first living room with a wood fire and a second living room with a gas fireplace. From the lounge you have direct access to the outside terrace. The large dining room offers enough space for assemble the whole group.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a variety of kitchen utensils in order to prepare a good meal for the whole group.

One bedroom which is equipped with 2 single beds and a bunk bed with a bathroom with a bathtub.

3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and a bunk bed and a shower room.
An additional bathroom with a bath and a changing table as well as a separate toilet is also upstairs.
There is a toilet in each bathroom of the rooms.

The garden is completely fenced and is located on the edge of the river Amblève. A petanque track is at your disposal only a few meters from the house.
From the garden you also have access to the swimming pool and the sauna which are in the building. A barbecue as well as lots of garden furniture invite you to enjoy an outdoor meal and enjoy maximum views over the Amblève.
