Hermosa casa de campo cerca de Malmedy en las Ardenas belgas

This old farmhouse was completely renovated in 2005. It is located in the middle of the High Fens, not far from Malmedy.
The house is located in the village center in a blind alley and is situated in a quiet location, in the middle of the nature.
The house can accommodate 8 people and leaves nothing to be desired.

1. House (8 persons):

The first house has its own kitchen with hotplates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishwasher.
In the living room there is a fireplace, a TV with dvd and CD player.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed. Each of these bedrooms has a private bathroom with a bathtub.

On the first floor, next to the kitchen and living room is the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 stacking bed with a private bathroom. There is also a dining room for 8 people.

The outdoor area:
- Terrace with barbecue
- Parking spot

**Please take note, that this house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.**

**It is not allowed to organize student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties.**

** Fryers are not allowed in the house.**
