This renovated holiday home is located in the beautiful village of Xhoffraix, close to Malmedy (4 km) in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes.
The cozy holiday home with large garden is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with the family. The house offers enough space for up to 18 people and leaves nothing to be desired.

The house is suitable for 18 people.

On the ground floor is a nice entrance, a toilet, and a laundry room where you will find a washing machine, a dryer and cleaning material.

Also on this level you will find a nice large dining room suitable for 26 persons. The kitchen in this house is fully equipped. (2 fridges, a freezer, a microwave, 2 ovens, an industrial dishwasher, kitchen utensils, etc.)

Also on the ground floor is a cozy living room with a billiard and a welcoming bar.

On the floor below there is also a living room with a nice fireplace. A TV with cable connection and DvD player are also available here.
To relax you can find here a nice sauna for up to 6 people.
4 bedrooms are on this level, each of them equipped with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms. One is equipped with 2 stacking beds and 3 single beds, the other with a stacking bed and a single bed.
2 bathrooms with a bathtub and a toilet are also available there.
From this floor you have access to a balcony, and from this balcony you can take an outside staircase directly to the cozy terrace.

The 700m2 fenced garden area is the perfect place to unwind in the open.

On the 130m2 terrace you can enjoy the fresh air and eat comfortably in the open air.

Leisure activities: trampoline, petanque, table football, darts, beach volleyball court.

In the courtyard of the two houses you will find several parking lots.
