This beautiful holiday home for up to 20 people is located in Mont, a small village near Malmedy in the Ardennes. It is the ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends and also to hold company seminars.

The location of this accommodation on the edge of the forest, at the foot of the High Fens Nature Park, is ideal for hikers, skiers, mountain bikers and culture lovers. Just a fifteen-minute walk from the Warche valley, a starting point for numerous hikes, e.g. to Reinhardstein Castle, the Robertville dam or the Bayehon waterfall, and just a few kilometres from the charming towns of Malmedy, Stavelot and Spa and the famous Spa-Francorchamps racetrack.

The house:

The house consists of two interconnected buildings.
The accommodation has a total of 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
The main building has three floors.

BASEMENT: Here you will find everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay: a heated swimming pool, a relaxation room with sauna and fitness equipment as well as a table tennis table and table football.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR: A modern, well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with a bar and an open fireplace.

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, with a bathroom with bath and shower. The two bedrooms are connected so that they can be used as a family room.

FIRST FLOOR: A large TV room and four spacious bedrooms.

The other building consists of three bedrooms:

Two suites with living room and private bathroom.
One room with two single beds and private bathroom.
Everything is also available for families with children. (Baby cots and high chairs are available, as well as a playground).

Outside: A large garden of 1000 m² awaits you at the back of the house. From the elevated terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the green surroundings of the Ardennes while savouring a drink and a tasty barbecue.
A boules court will keep you entertained in fine weather, as well as a playground for the children.
There are about 10 parking spaces available in front of the house.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY:

The location of this holiday home allows you to discover the region's treasures, hiking trails and international events such as the Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix. In Stavelot, you can visit the racetrack museum, located in the heart of Stavelot Abbey. The town of Spa has thermal baths and a casino. The village of Coo with its waterfalls and the Plopsa Coo amusement park is well worth a visit.
For a more traditional approach, AT Bike offers bike hire in Waimes, while you can rent cross-country skis in Mont in La Spinette when the first snowflakes fall.

- Stag parties or student parties are not permitted in this house. Youth groups must make an enquiry in advance.

- Please note that it is not permitted to exceed the maximum number of people authorised by the owner or to invite additional people during your stay. Please inform us of the composition of your group before making a booking. The owner reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if the house rules are not respected.

- The costs for electricity, water and heating are offered as a daily flat rate.

- A flat rate is charged per pet per stay. A maximum of two pets can be brought into the house.
