Holiday home for 12 people with wellness area in St. Vith

This large holiday home was built in 1868 and completely renovated in 2015. The house is located in Heuem, between the town of Sankt Vith and the village of Schönberg. Here you are in a quiet location surrounded by forest and nature.

The large house offers enough space for 12 people and has a total of 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms (whereof 4 will be enclosed). The house can also be booked for up to 28 people (reference 1090562), here are 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms available.
Both houses offer the same luxury and the same decor, only the number of bedrooms and bathrooms will not be the same.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor is the entrance to the house. Here you will find a living room with seating, TV and a wood burning stove. On the other side of the entrance is the large kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with 2 ovens, 8 cookers, 2 dishwasher as well as all other necessary utensils.
There is also a large play room (50m2) with a bar, billiard table, darts, kicker and a docking station.
On the ground floor is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom are suitable for people with disabilities. There is also a ladies' toilet and a men's toilet.

1. floor:

On the first floor are 5 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. The bedrooms all have their own double bed. In order to offer you a wonderful night's rest, all beds are equipped with a pillow-top mattress (20cm) and a second small mattress. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and the beds are made on arrival.
There are also 2 toilets.
The large wellness area (50 m²) is also on the first floor. Here you will find a sauna for 6 persons, an infrared cabin (4 people), steam bath for 4 persons, 4 showers, loungers and a toilet. Here you can relax and enjoy a wellness stay.
From the first floor, you also have access to the 40m2 outdoor terrace. On this terrace you will find an outdoor jacuzzi for up to 4 people and deckchairs. The hot tub is heated (37,5°) and accessible all year round. The water will be changed after each stay.

2nd Floor:

The 2nd floor is completely closed and will be available to the customers, who book the house for 28 persons.

Outside:

Outside you will find a 200m2 fenced garden with garden furniture, a covered barbecue (with heating and lights for winterbarbecues)
The children can have a good time at the swing, slide, climbing tower and the trampoline.
In front of the house is also a car park for up to 15 cars. The garage can also be used for bicycles or motorbikes.

For stays longer than 4 nights, the bed linen will be changed. This is included in the price.

There is the possibility to order lunch and dinner for an extra charge.

Wellness package at 8,00 € per person: 1 bathrobe, 1 large towel (100x150cm), 1 small towel (50x100cm)
