The villa with private swimming pool is located in Fréjus, not far from Saint-Raphael and Sainte-Aygulf.
The sea and the beach can be reached in just under 6 km and the nearest supermarket is 3 km away.
The holiday home on the Côte d'Azur is fully air conditioned and can accommodate up to 6 people. In total there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area.
The master bedroom has a bed of 160 x 200 cm and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The two other bedrooms are equipped with a bed of 160 x 200 cm and a bed of 140 x 200 cm. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The villa has electric shutters and has no insight.
Outside you will find the garden where the heated (on request) of 9 x 4 x 1.30 m swimming pool is located. Here you can cool off on hot summer days. There is also a ping pong table and a barbecue. On the terrace with garden furniture you can enjoy the view of the pool.
