The house has a living room with access to the terrace, a kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom.
The outdoor area invites you to relax. Here you will find an open and a covered terrace with barbecue, as well as a pool (10mx5m) and an outdoor shower.
The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden and numerous plants, which make the outdoor area very colorful in the summer.
In less than 2 km you can reach Cala Ferrera, where you can eat delicious pizzas and paellas in the restaurant Ficus. The town of S'Horta is 3 km away.
One of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca can be reached on foot (800m).
Other beautiful bays can be found in Cala Brafi or Cala Mitjana.
