Newly built in 2019, this luxurious villa with private outdoor pool offers breathtaking views over the bay of Saint-Tropez. This air-conditioned holiday home with private swimming pool and sea views is located in Sainte-Maxime, just 2 km from the beach and the sea.
The modern equipped villa has every comfort and leaves nothing to be desired to spend a relaxing holiday on the Côte d'Azur.
On the ground floor there is the living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the large terrace with the Plancha grill, as well as the master bedroom with private bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and in the storage room is an additional refrigerator, a washing machine and a dryer available. On the basement floor are the other 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with beds of 160 x 200 cm and TV.
The outdoor area with private saltwater pool, that is heated, invites you to cool off and on the terrace with all the necessary garden furniture you can enjoy the view of the sea to the fullest.
