Villa for large groups with private indoor pool, whirlpool in a quiet location in the Ardennes

This hidden villa for 22 persons is situated in a quiet location near Jalhay. It offers every comfort for young and old, activity in the beautiful surroundings or simply relaxation in the great wellness areas. The perfect place for a convivial group holiday.

The house has an adjacent building where you will find the private swimming pool and jacuzzi and 4 of the total 9 bedrooms with private bathroom. Here you can also find an equipped kitchen and 2 separate toilets.

In the main building in the basement, a playroom with children's games, and two bedrooms with bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find the living room, TV room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom and two separate toilets.
On the first floor are the remaining 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.

On the outside, ther's a fenced area of 6000m2 and if you add the surrounding forest, the area comes to 18.000m2.
There is a swing, slide and sandpit for the little ones, and the big ones can play petanque or make themselves comfortable on the wonderful terrace and if you are lucky, you can even watch the forest inhabitants. In the private parking lot, up to 10 cars can be parked.

Please note:

Heating is charged per hour.

In fact, the costs for heating is calculated only for the actual heating hours.
So once the thermostat reaches the desired temperature, the heater stops counting the hours. When the temperature drops, the heater starts heating again.
This applies to the whole house, so if you only use 4 rooms, only those 4 rooms need to be heated.
If there are 8 of you instead of 20, you will only need water for 8 people instead of 20, etc.
So you will never end up with the amount of X€ *24h * 7 days, but rather ¼ or 1/3 of this amount, it always depends on the actual needs of the customers and also on the season.

The tourist tax and water are charged per day per person.

** The consumption costs are approximately:
October - April: 270,00 € per night and 1245,00 € per week
May - September: € 150,00 per night and € 587,00 per week
These costs are given as a guide value only, the costs depend on your actual consumption.

**The water of the Jacuzzi is changed every Thursday and is therefore not available from Thursday evening till Friday noon.
