This enormous holiday home is the perfect house to gather convivially with the whole family and spend a cosy stay in excellent comfort.
The house is nestled in the heart of the Ardennes, near Léglise in Louftémont. This setting contains all the charm of the Ardennes with its beautiful landscapes and picturesque villages.
The interior of the house is attractively designed and offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy yourself.
The kitchen and dining table are located in the house's former barn, which exudes a lot of charm with its old wooden beams. In the kitchen there is, among other things, a dishwasher, two refrigerators, an oven, a coffee maker and all the other kitchen utensils you need. From the dining area, a staircase leads you up to a mezzanine where there is a kind of lounge with billiards and table football. Adjacent to the dining area is a living room with a fireplace and a TV. There is also a second living room with a TV, which serves as a kind of small cinema room for the children.
The house has 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower or bath. The bedrooms are divided as follows:
Bedroom 1: 3 single beds and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: A children's room with 2 bunk beds and a total of 5 sleeping places. The bathroom has a bath and a shower.
Bedroom 3: A double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4: A double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 5: One double bed and a bathroom with shower
Bedroom 6: Two double beds and a bathroom with shower
The wellness area offers you time to relax in the sauna, Jacuzzi, rain shower or on the loungers.

Outside there is a covered terrace with dining table and lounge furniture as well as a large barbecue. Furthermore, there is a sun terrace with sun loungers directly adjacent to the wellness area and a large, fenced lawn where the children can let off steam.
