On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the open plan living and dining area, as well as a cosy lounge with bar, billiards and slot machines. The kitchen has a kitchen island as well as 2 ovens, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and all other kitchen utensils you may need. In the living and dining area there is a long table for all guests and a large sofa corner with flat screen TV.
The highlight of the villa is also here, the spacious wellness area with indoor swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool. In addition, this villa is handicapped accessible and has a lift located in the hallway.

1st floor:

There are 6 bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has a double bed and an integrated bathroom with toilet. 4 bathrooms have both shower and bathtub and the other two have a shower. Incidentally, there is also a fitness room with various sports equipment and TV available here.

Outdoor area:

The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired. There is a terrace with a picnic bench, lounge furniture and barbecue, as well as a garden and various play facilities for the children.

Xhoffraix is a small village in the east of Belgium in the municipality of Malmedy and is located at the foot of the Hautes-Fagnes.
