Sobre el alojamiento
This beautiful vacation villa was newly renovated in 2020 and is located in the Belgian Ardennes, in the municipality of Amel. This villa can accommodate up to 28 people.
The house is very modernly furnished and offers you every comfort to spend a relaxing and restful vacation. The villa was built on three floors and has 10 bedrooms, as well as 10 bathrooms.

First floor:

On the first floor there is a kitchen (handicapped accessible), which is equipped with all necessary and industrial appliances (dishwasher, hobs, coffee maker, etc.), as well as a living and dining area with fireplace, which is very lovingly furnished and invites you to sit back, forget the daily routine and enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the fireplace. In addition, on the first floor there is another bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. There are also 2 separate toilets.
1st floor:

5 double rooms: each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet
2 family rooms: each of the rooms has 1 double bed (twin) and a loft bed for 2 people + bathroom with shower and toilet
On this floor there is also a separate toilet.
There is also a polyvalent hall here with a capacity of 20 people, perfect for your next meeting.
2nd floor:

2 dormitories : each with 4 single beds - each dormitory has 2 showers and a toilet.
Furthermore, there is a wellness area in the cottage for your free use. In this area you will find an illuminated swimming pool of 6*4m, a sauna, an infrared sauna, 2 showers and deck chairs to relax.
Beside this wellness area there is also a lounge where you have the possibility to play a game of billiards.
The house is specially equipped for the disabled, even for wheelchair users. There is also a bedroom in this house that is suitable for the disabled.
Outside:

Outside, there is a covered terrace, a petanque field, a roof terrace and garden furniture for lounging. There are also a total of 14 private parking spaces.

The holiday home is located in the municipality of Amel and offers several recreational possibilities, such as hiking, cycling, cinema, etc. which are nearby. For example, the lake in Bütgenbach is only a few minutes away by car. For those who like to go shopping, there is also plenty to do. There are two large shopping centres nearby. Both are located in the north of Luxembourg.
The Formula 1 race track of Spa-Francorchamps is also nearby.
The Eastbelgium Action, Fun & Karting Centre is 15 km away. There you will find various possibilities, such as karting, bowling, laser game, 3D mini-golf,...

Wood is charged according to consumption and offset against the deposit, as is the charging of an electric car.
