This beautiful country house is located between the towns of Cas Concos and Santanyi, on a vast plot of land offering a beautiful outdoor space including, among other things, a children's playground, a sumptuous garden with a large swimming pool.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), portable fan and its private bathroom, including shower, washbasin and toilet.

On this floor are 3 bedrooms, each with a portable fan, composed as follows;

- Bedroom with double bed (160x200cm)

Outside you'll find everything you need for a wonderful stay, with a covered dining area, various areas for relaxing in the sun, a children's play area with a swing and ping-pong table, and the large swimming pool, all surrounded by a superb garden as far as the eye can see.

The pool is 6m.x12m. with a minimum depth of 1.20m. and a maximum depth of 2.20m.
