This beautiful contemporary villa is a real coup de coeur. Situated in a quiet, pretty area, close to Uzès and the Cèze valley, this house offers 100m2 of living space and can sleep 6 people.
The garden is fully enclosed and features a heated swimming pool with electric curtain and bubble cover. Sun loungers and parasols line the pool so you can relax to the full.
There's also a petanque court and table tennis table just waiting for you to get your game on. Garden furniture with a table and armchairs are available in several places.
An outdoor dining table for 6, protected by a parasol, and a plancha grill are ready to host your meals with family and friends.
A garage with space for one car and outdoor parking for 2 cars are available.

- A master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and direct access to the garden and swimming pool
- One bedroom with a 140cm double bed
- One bedroom with 2 single 90cm beds that can be moved closer together
- A shower room with shower, double washbasin, hairdryer and heated towel rail

The Cèze valley is renowned for being a sumptuous natural setting and boasts some of the most beautiful villages in France.
