This pretty house has been renovated on 2022/2023 and is located in the Wincrange region, 8.5km from Wiltz. With its warm living spaces, magnificent garden, children's playroom and all on one level, this charming house in vintage styl offers you a wide range of possibilities for a peaceful stay and activities for everyone.

The house is fully equipped on the first floor.

You'll find 4 bedrooms composed as follows:

- Bedroom with 2 single beds

There are also 4 bathrooms with shower, 3 of which also have a toilet.

N.B.: one bedroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility with a raised bed, and has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and a handle near the toilet and shower.

There are also 2 separate toilets, as well as 1 separate shower with toilet that is adapted for people with reduced mobility, a kitchen with everything you'll need to cook up a storm, a dining room where you can share your meals in complete conviviality, and a pleasant living room.

And, to top it all off, there's a private pool, as well as a superb games room with table soccer, table tennis, darts and a bar - in short, everything to keep the young ones entertained, or even to make the older ones fall back into childhood.

Other touristic towns such as Clervaux or Bastogne are about 15 minutes away from the house.
The house is not far from the Obersauer nature park and only a few minutes from the shopping centre in Pommerloch.
