The 2350m2 wooded plot offers a private swimming pool (7m x 3m - Alarm). Outdoor garden furniture, a dining table and deckchairs are ready to welcome you for convivial moments.
A gas barbecue provides delicious meals.
There is private parking for 3 cars.
Shops are 600m away and the sea and beach are 1 km away.
