Enjoy a getaway in peace and countryside in this radiant holiday home in Goe near the historic city of Limburg, Eupen, Spa and Verviers. This wonderful villa is situated in a dead-end street on the edge of the High Fens and can accommodate up to 10 adults + 4 children.
The holiday home is modern and has a pleasant interior where the open space creates a cosy and connecting atmosphere. The pleasant lounge with SmartTV and comfortable armchair also ensures a cosy get-together, where you can also enjoy your favourite programmes or sporting events. You can also participate competitively yourself by organising games at the available pool table or kicker table. For those who prefer to relax, they can enjoy the heat in the sauna or ease up in the bathtub. This lovely holiday home can accommodate 10 adults + 4 children. Thus, there are 5 double beds and there is also a bunk bed that can accommodate 4 people. 2 baby beds are also available.
Outside you will find peaceful green surroundings, with the house surrounded by numerous fields and also a small arboretum. Enjoy the beautiful views from the modern swimming pool or from the sun loungers provided. You can also re-engage in a game of Pétanque outside, or cosy up on the terrace to prepare your delicious meals on the charcoal barbecue. The terrace can also be used in winter as it can be closed.
Please note that the swimming pool is open from 26/04 - 30/09.
This holiday home is also perfectly situated for guests who would like to take an excursion in nature, but also visit an architecturally rich city. This holiday home is only 7 km from the centre of Verviers, where you will find numerous urban facilities such as museums, places of interest, a shopping street, shopping centre and also cultural buildings. At 5 km in the other direction, you can then enjoy walks or bike rides in nature, including a visit to the Lac de la Gileppe or enjoy the offered nature of the Valley of the Vesdre between Eupen and Verviers. So don't forget to bring your hiking boots and enjoy the natural park of the High Fens, where you can experience kilometers of natural fun.
