The living area is on the first floor. The open-plan living room with fireplace, sofa and small sitting area has access to the terrace with pool and panoramic views.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area. From there you can access the covered and furnished terrace.

Also on this floor are two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and one with its own bathroom.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as an adjoining bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. There are also two separate bathrooms.

The highlight on this floor is the cinema room, which brings the whole family together for cozy movie nights.

The house offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. There is a private outdoor pool, several sun loungers, two seating lounges and a covered and furnished terrace.

A gas barbecue is available for the perfect end to a sunny day's vacation.
