This beautiful villa on the Cote d'Azur, located in Ramatuelle, is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The famous Pampelonne beach is a few minutes' walk away. The house can accommodate up to 12 people.

The villa has cosy furnishings, and a chic feel. Inside, you will find a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. These rooms offer direct access to the terrace.

On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms with access to the garden. These bedrooms share a bathroom. On the first floor are 2 more bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to a private balcony.

In addition, there is a guest apartment with 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a small kitchen. The villa also has a fitness area.

The garden:

Outside, the villa offers a well-maintained garden, decorated with a variety of tropical trees, and exotic flowers and plants. From the living room, you can access a covered terrace with a barbecue, a dining table, and a lounge set.

Next to the covered terrace, you will find a large swimming pool (heated on request) with sun loungers and parasols. Several lounge sets in the garden allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful Provençal weather.

If you want to do something outdoors during your stay, there are several options. About 800 metres away is the famous Pampelonne beach, where you can enjoy the sun, the sea and nearby restaurants and cafés.

You can also discover local sights and culture in the picturesque centre of Ramatuelle. A market usually takes place here every Thursday and Sunday. The town of Saint-Tropez is a short drive away, where you can shop, dine and experience local culture. There are also several vineyards in the area where you can participate in wine tastings.
