This modern holiday home is located on the unique and picturesque Zeeland coast. The house features a heated indoor pool and a Finnish sauna, and is situated just 350 metres from the Oosterschelde estuary. This makes it the perfect place for a cosy and relaxing holiday with your family.

The house:

The holiday home can accommodate up to 12 people, and offers everything you need. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, ideal for preparing delicious meals and creating memorable moments with your company. In the living room, which is located on the first floor, you will find two comfortable seating areas, a fireplace, and a smart TV.

For ultimate entertainment and relaxation, the holiday home features a wellness area. Here you will find a heated swimming pool, a Finnish sauna, and a sunshower.

The house has 6 bedrooms, each with a king-size box spring (2 single beds of 90 x 210 cm) a bathroom en-suite. 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor. The two bathrooms on the first floor also offer a bathtub.

The garden:

Outside, the holiday home has a spacious garden facing south, allowing you to make the most of the hours of sunshine during the summer. There is a terrace with a large dining table, and in the lawn there is a trampoline, which provides hours of fun for the children (or of course the adults). The house also has a roof terrace, which can be accessed via the living room. On the roof terrace you will find a comfortable lounge set.

The house is located on the coast of the Oosterschelde estuary. It is the ideal base for people who love water sports, such as sailing, fishing and diving. You can also enjoy a walk through Oosterschelde National Park, a beautiful area for nature and bird lovers. In the harbour and on the North Sea beaches, you can enjoy various eateries and local dishes such as fresh fish and oysters. The North Sea beaches are 15 - 20 kilometres away.

**The Green Egg (barbecue) can be rented for €19.50 per stay. This includes 3 kilos of charcoal. Bringing your own charcoal is not allowed.**
