On the ground floor, there is a bright living and dining area with an open kitchen and direct access to the terrace – perfect for cozy evenings. There is also a sofa bed for two people.

There is one bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the outside. A second bedroom with a double bed and private toilet is located on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase.

Also on the first floor, there is a spacious family room with a king-size bed and two single beds on an open mezzanine. There is also a separate room with bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
An additional luxury bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower completes the offering.

A special highlight is the heated swimming pool and the infrared sauna – for relaxation all year round, regardless of the weather. Additionally, there is an extra shower by the pool.

The house has a total of three bathrooms.
