Through a separate entrance at the back of the house, you can reach another separate studio, fully equipped with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. In the garden, a few metres away from the pool, there is also a guest house with two bedrooms.

The villa has a garden of about 6000m2 with plenty of things for everyone. The garden is decorated with a variety of flowers, plants and trees, and features a large swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a petanque court, an outdoor gym, an outdoor kitchen and several covered and uncovered seating areas for relaxing.
