Depart for the beautiful island of Mallorca and enjoy a wonderful stay in this fantastic finca, near Cala d'Or.
In the holiday home, you will enter a cosy interior. You will find on the ground floor a cosy living room and a cosy kitchen with dining table. There is also one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and a private bathroom.
Upstairs you will find the other 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom consists of two single beds and one bedroom also features a terrace with great views of the surrounding countryside.
The crystal clear swimming pool with jacuzzi is surrounded by a large sun terrace. Here you will find comfortable sun loungers with cushions, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a large garden where children can play.
Adjacent to the house is a barbecue, sink and powder room. The large covered terrace by the pool is perfect for relaxing.
Behind the house is the beautiful courtyard, with a large palm tree and seating.
This beautiful country house is beautifully situated in an area of 35,000 square metres of land, and has stunning views of the sea and the Puig de Sant Salvado.
A 15-minute walk will take you to beautiful sandy beaches, and a 5-minute drive will take you to the tourist resort of Cala d'Or.
