This house is located near the village of San Lorenzo Arta (Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, San Lorenzo Cardessar) in the northeast of the island. The area is rural, quiet and conducive to walking, hiking, horseback riding, biking and jogging. In San Lorenzo, there are small shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
The property is conveniently located approximately 3 km from the center of San Lorenzo (Sant Llorenç).
The nearest beaches are accessible by car in about 15 minutes.
