This beautiful and newly renovated holiday home in the Ardennes for 10 people is particularly suitable for families with children.
Those, who seek peace and relaxation, are at the perfect place!
Outside, there is a beautiful garden with lots of space and from where you have great views of the nature.
It is located in a residential area, but lies directly in the nature. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking or cycling.
* Fryers are not allowed in the house !
Children have enough space to play outside as well as indoors in a children's play area, while the adults have a nice time together.

The village Emmels has good road connections, and is also near hiking trails and and on "Ravel" paths.
A bakery, a butcher, and several shops can be reached in 5 minutes.
Modern, cozy bars and restaurants are located within just 5 minutes too.
The Formula 1 racing circuit of Spa - Francorchamps is within easy reach.
Luxembourg or Germany is accessible in just 20 minutes, for those who want to explore the border area.
The Eastbelgium Action, Fun & Kartcenter which is just 10 minutes away, offers a nice day forthe whole family : bowling, karting, sumo wrestling, laser tag, 3D Mini Golf, 7D cinema, billiards and many more activities are available there.
If there is snow, there is a cross country ski track 4km away, and also a ski rental. Afterwards you can relax in the famous beer museum in Rodt, also called ski hut "Rodt", and have a meal or just end the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
