This modern villa is located in the pretty area Les Issambres on the french Côte d'Azur. The house is situated in a quiet location and offers enough space for 10 adults or 8 adults and 3 children. You can also enjoy a picturesque view at sea thanks to it's short distance to the cost which is only 600 m.

The house is distributed over 2 floors.

On the ground floor you'll find the bright and spacious living room with a fire place, access to the terrace and amazing view at the sea. Close by the big open kitchen is located. It is completely equipped and has every necessary comfort. There are also 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with 2 single beds. The 2 bathrooms each have a shower.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. The distribution is as follows:
1. bedroom: 1 double bed
2. bedroom: 2 single beds
3. bedroom: 1 bunk bed + extra bed
The bathroom has a detached bathtub, as well as a shower.

Every bedroom and bathroom is air-conditioned.

In the outside area you'll find the large, heatable pool, several roomy terraces, that are equipped with sun beds, parasols, big tables and even a Weber gas BBQ , that invites you to family dinners. There's also a car park with several parking spaces that you can use freely.
