This detached holiday home is located near the beach and is only a 10 minute drive away from Crikvenica and the beaches. It's situated near a quiet road in the town Bribir. The environment is gorgeous with it's green mountains and the pretty view at the sea.

The house offers you a living space of 180m² and is distributed over 2 floors, where you can relax and that will leave nothing to be desired. You can even decide yourself, where you want to cook.

The hours offers you 4 bedrooms in total, that are equipped with double beds. Three of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. Every bedrooms is equipped with a big closet, where you can store your clothes and your belongings. There are also 2 additional, foldable single beds.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove and dishwasher and on the first floor you can also find a microwave. Furthermore, there's also a coffee machine, that you can use. In total there are 2 bathrooms with shower and wc and also a washroom with a washing machine

In front of the house are 3 parking lots for cars. In the garden is a large swimming pool, sun beds, parasols and a outside shower. A BBQ, dining table and comfortable chairs are also there for you.

A washing machine is available, as well as cleaning supplies and there are also an flat iron and a laundry rack.

The house has internet connection and every room has a TV. The second floor of the house is equipped with an air-conditioner. You can also rent a motorboat nearby. (Under the conditions that you have a boating license and that the boat is available).
