About the property
This renovated farmhouse offers cozy accommodation for 16 persons (+ possibly 2 babies). This house is located in the village of Manhay where is also a supermarket. For a larger selection of shops and restaurants you have to drive a few minutes to Aywaille or Barvaux. These two small towns are only 25 km away from Manhay and are very nice places for small walks.
The house has 3 floors and is very suitable for a family holiday.
The ground floor:

There are 2 fully equipped kitchens next to each other and a small living room with an open fireplace. Next to this living room is a large dining room with enough dining places for 16 persons and also with an open fireplace.
From this room you have direct access to the playing area, where you will find a table football and a billiard table.
From the dining room you also have access to the outdoor terrace, which is equipped with many comfortable garden furniture and deckchairs. Here you have a wonderful view over the valley.
On the ground floor there are also 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, an adjoining bathroom with bathtub and wc.
First floor:

There are 4 other bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and with a private bathroom with bathtub and WC. On this floor is also a living room with a TV and several social games. There is also a small reading room.
Under floor:

On this floor there are 2 additional bedrooms (each with 2 single beds and also their own bathroom).
There is also the large indoor pool, which is heated and the small sauna. Next to this small wellness area is a shower and a separate toilet.
Outside there is a large dining table and a grill where you can eat on the terrace by nice weather.
**Please note that the cleaning, the dog, the energy costs and the deposit of 800€ have to be paid in advance with the rental amount.**
Towels: € 3.00 per set (1 large and 1 small towel)
charging station: consumption will be billed at €0.50/kWh.
