About the property
This beautiful holiday home is located in the village of Lavaux, just a few kilometers from the small town of La Roche-en-Ardenne. This house is located in the middle of the Belgian Ardennes. It is only a 10-minute drive to the small town, where you will also find shops, and bars and restaurants for all tastes.
The house is situated in a very quiet location and in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Belgian Ardennes.
For 9 people, this house offers cozy and modern accommodation.
The house has 4 bedrooms and are all equipped with a double bed. One of the 4 bedrooms also has a single bed, which is perfect for teenagers or for a couple with a child. In addition, the house has 3 bathrooms, 2 with a shower and one with a bath.
The large open kitchen is equipped with many kitchen utensils. The large dining table separates the kitchen area from the living room. The large glass windows leave lots of natural light in the house and give direct access to the terrace.
The living area with the fireplace offers a very cozy and family atmosphere. In the open living room is also the billiard table.
In the basement you will find a playroom for children, with enough games for toddlers and a comfortable sitting area with a TV.
The outside area leaves nothing to be desired. There is a large dining table and a whirlpool.
You can also use the garden for a Barbecue or for a petanque game.
