Nice holiday villa for 10 people with private pool in Les Issambres, South of France

The house can accommodate 10 people and is ideal for 6 adults and 4 children.
The villa is 950 m from the center of les Issambres, where you will find many shops and various restaurants and bars. Les Issambres is located halfway between Fréjus and Saint-Tropez.
The place is located on the Mediterranean and is composed by one side of the beautiful sandy beaches and other side of the rocks and also the Maures massif, which is covered with trees.
If you want to visit other places, visit the popular tourist attractions such as Fréjus, Saint-Tropez, Sainte Maxime, which are not far from your holiday region. In these places, it never gets boring.

The Villa:

The house offers on the ground floor a large, open kitchen, which is fully equipped with all necessary utensils for cooking.
The lounge and dining room have a fireplace and an direct access to the terrace.
One bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed as well as a bedroom with two bunk beds can also be found on the ground floor. 2 bathrooms each with a bath with shower function are on this floor.

On the first floor is the main bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom en suite. The bathroom consists of a shower and a bathtub.

On the outside

The plot is 1850m2 and offers enough space for a nice outdoor area.
Directly at the house is a large terrace with a dining table and a high table, where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The terrace is partly covered.
A few steps down you will find the large infinity pool. It can be heated if desired.

Several loungers and a hammock invite you to relax and enjoy the many hours of sunshine of the region.
