About the property
This beautiful villa has been completely renovated and is located in the natural area of Estérel. The villa can accommodate 8 people and consists of a main house and an outbuilding. The villa has air conditioning above and downstairs.
The main house has:

- a kitchen with all necessary utensils
- a laundry room on the ground floor
- 3 bedrooms on the first floor, each with a double bed
- 2 bathrooms
The annex is accessible via the terrace (covered from April) and has a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The outdoor area offers a terrace with an infinity pool (10m by 5m, 1.5m deep) (heatable from April) and outdoor furniture, as well as a parking, a garden and a pétanque-area.
From the villa, as well as from the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. The surroundings are perfect for hiking, mountain biking or spending time in one of the bars, restaurants, marina, shops or weekly market.
