This modern holiday home is located in Bütgenbach in the Belgian Ardennes.
The house is situated in a quiet location and offers all the comforts to spend a relaxing holiday.
The house can accommodate 18 people and is equipped as follows:
Ground floor:

At the ground floor is the bright living room with kitchen, dining area and seating area. In addition, you will find a wellness area of 40m2 with a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and an infrared cabin. Through the large window facade of the spa, you have a beautiful view of the High Fens.
The ground floor is heated by underfloor heating. There are also three separate toilets, one of which is accessible for handicapped.
Upper floor:

Upstairs are 8 bedrooms each with a separate bathroom. One of these rooms, as well as bathroom are handicapped accessible. The upper floor can also be reached by a stair lift for people with disabilities.

In the basement you will find a game room with a billiard, dart board, table football and ice hockey table.
This area is heated by underfloor heating and is therefore perfect for children who want to spend their free time in the house on cold winter days.

At the outside, there is a large garden with terrace, grill, garden furniture, and 8 parking spaces.
