About the property
This luxury holiday home sleeps 6 adults and 2 children and is located in the quiet village of Vertbuisson in Theux, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. The house is located only 500 meters from the promenade "de la Charmille" and offers all the comforts to spend a relaxing holiday with the family.
The holiday house has a private and heated indoor pool, which has a temperature of 29 degrees all year round. The wellness area also has a hot tub, a walk-in shower and toilet. Here you can relax after long walks and let your mind wander.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and direct access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi and a terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers.
On the first floor there is another terrace, the living room with pellet stove and television, 1 children's room with bunk beds and double bed of 140 cm and another bedroom with double bed of 140 cm.
On the second floor you will find the 3rd bedroom with double bed + cot. The 3 bedrooms share the bathroom, which is located on the second floor.
In order to guarantee maximum comfort, we recommend an occupancy of 4 persons + 2 children.
Outside there are 2 parking spaces available, a small garden with sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue.
The decoration, the clay ceiling and the wood throughout the house stand for romance, relaxation and guarantee you a relaxing stay in the countryside.
**The house is mainly intended to accommodate family groups.
Bucks parties, sprees, as well as student parties are not allowed in this house. **

**1 dog is allowed in the holiday home, a second only on request by the owner. Please note that the dog is only allowed on the ground floor. The dog is not allowed on the floors and in the wellness area.**
