The newly built (2018) and modern villa with private swimming pool is located near Sainte Maxime, just 3 km from the center and the beach de la Croisette.
The holiday home sleeps up to 6 people and has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and the third bedroom has a double bed of 140 x 190 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen has a bar with 4 stools, as most meals are eaten outside on the covered terrace.
Outside there is also the private swimming pool and a Weber gas grill.
