About the property
Would you like to rent a quiet, modern house to get away from your stressful everyday life and fully enjoy nature?
Then we have just the right thing for you.
This modern house was only built in 2020 and is located in the immediate vicinity of a forest that invites you to hike and relax.
Lower ground floor:

Here you will find the wellness room with sauna and jacuzzi, as well as a games room with a table football and dartboard.
There are also two bedrooms with double beds and private shower.
Ground floor:

On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, from where you can either go downstairs to relax or upstairs to dine and socialise.
There is also a guest toilet.
1st floor:

This is the heart of the house.
There is a spacious industrial kitchen with all the kitchen utensils you need for cooking, an open space with bright windows and a large communal dining table, as well as a cosy living room and an exclusive bar where you can mix your favourite cocktail in the evening.
There is also a bedroom with two single beds and sofa bed, as well as en-suite bathroom with shower and another toilet.
2nd floor:

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and a sofa bed. The second bedroom also has two single beds and a private bathroom. There is also a guest toilet. On the third floor is the bathroom for the other bedroom without a bathroom.

The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired. There is a terrace, with garden furniture, deck chairs, picnic bench and barbecue, as well as a large garden and a petanque field. There is also parking for up to 6 cars.

The house is located near the town of Spa in the province of Liège, which is known for its casino, thermal baths and many shopping facilities. It is also close to the famous Spa-Francorchamps race track.
