About the property
This tasteful and luxurious 250 m2 villa in Grimaud is located only 6 km from the sea and the beach.
This villa is stylishly and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to 8 people and has four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, 2 ovens and a wine fridge) and a living room with a flat screen TV including Netflix.
On the first floor are the remaining three bedrooms.
In the garden you will find the heated outdoor pool, which has a size of 10 x 5 metres, a 200 m2 covered terrace with a BBQ, which offers you a great atmosphere to relax or enjoy the good weather. Besides, there is a ping-pong table and a jeu de boules court in the garden.
The beaches of Pampelone can be quickly reached via a separate road or the centre of Grimaud.
