About the property
This beautiful holiday home is a very spacious and open holiday home in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes, equipped with all the necessary facilities to enjoy a short or longer stay. It is located in a very quiet and rural village near the town of Zottegem and is about 50 km from Brussels.
The villa is very modernly furnished and fully equipped for babies and children. The villa can accommodate 10 people and offers you all the comfort you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The villa has four spacious bedrooms, each with its own theme. Three of the four bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and one with four single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a private wellness area throughout the house. Besides, there are three patient hoists so that people with handicap can also make use of the wellness and the whole house.
On the ground floor is the wheelchair-accessible room, which is furnished in a very modern style. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is the very spacious and open living room with a comfortable sitting area to spend some cosy hours or to enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a perfect meal. Furthermore, the kitchen has a high/low system for the kitchen island and an adjustable table. The luxurious wellness area is also located on the ground floor, so you can completely relax. The wellness area is equipped with an outdoor Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin, a whirlpool, a heated indoor pool and a relaxation room.
The bathroom with bathtub is located on the first floor. However, it is possible to take a shower on the ground floor in the wellness area.
The holiday home is also suitable for babies and children.
Outside there is a beautiful garden, which is completely fenced in. This is ideal for some relaxing hours. For the younger ones there is the possibility to do different activities. There is a ball pool, a table tennis table and a trampoline in the house, which make the house a paradise for young and old.
The holiday home is located in Flanders, only 50 km from Brussels. This location is ideal for excursions to Ghent or the capital Brussels, but there are also other leisure activities such as hiking or cycling to explore the Flemish Ardennes.
The holiday home is a nature delight for the whole family, from young to old.
