About the property
The holiday villa is located in a green belt around Brussels in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Pajottenland and is very modern and minimally furnished.
The beautiful holiday home has a large wellness area, which is located on the ground floor of the house. Here you will find a sauna, a steam bath, a bench with infrared lights and a large lounge with a cosy sitting area and a smart TV. From there you have a fantastic view of the garden and the outdoor swimming pool.
On the first floor of the house there is a small, open kitchen with microwave and kitchenette. There is also a large dining table, two sofas and a flat-screen TV. There is also a balcony on this floor.
In total there are 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets in this house.

From the wellness area you enter the garden with a beautiful sun terrace. Here you can endlessly enjoy the peace and the beautiful view. The highlight of the garden is certainly the outdoor swimming pool and the whirlpool, where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun. Furthermore, there is some garden furniture where you can fully relax and recline.
The house also has its own private parking space for your car.
The house is located 13km from Brussels and 45km from Ghent.
**The pool is open from April to begin of October.**
