About the property
This holiday home is located in Erezée and can accommodate 25 people.
The original farmhouse was built in 1744 and restored into a beautiful holiday home at the end of 2020. The style of that time was combined with the luxury of today and the result is an exceptionally beautiful holiday villa that offers you every comfort.
The arrangement of the house:

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen and an open living and dining room. From the living room you can access a mezzanine floor, where there are numerous leisure activities for young and old, such as table football or billiards.
There is also a bar that invites you to cosy evenings by the gas stove.
Also on the ground floor you will find the wellness area, which leaves nothing to be desired. Relax in the sauna or the heated swimming pool and enjoy the view of the surrounding area. From the swimming pool you can directly access the terrace.
On the first floor there are 5 stylish bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Everything here has been custom-made, with attention paid to sustainable materials and giving the rooms their own character.
The second floor has 4 more bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a particularly beautiful room with high windows and a great view. This room has its own balcony.
In the basement of the house is the vaulted wine cellar, which has been preserved in its original form and makes for convivial evenings.
