** The barbecue/plancha can be rented for a supplement and must be cleaned before departure, otherwise the landlord can deduct up to 150€ from the deposit. You can buy the wood for the barbecue from the landlord for 15€/ basket. **
**It is a concept for rest, relaxation and calm. Parties are not allowed and the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood must be respected in any case.
