The former hotel with a heated swimming pool is situated in the beautiful village Weismes in East Belgium and can accommodate up to 20 people.
The house has everything for an unforgettable holiday in the Belgian Ardennes.

This large holiday home has 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a wellness area, distributed over 4 floors and is divided as follows:

Ground floor:

On the ground floor you will find the living room with sofas and a fireplace where you can spend cosy evenings, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate toilet.

First floor:

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms for 2 persons each, as well as 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet, a basin and a bathtub. Furthermore, there is a games room with billiards here.

Second floor:

Here are 4 more bedrooms for 2 persons, one bathroom with shower and one with bathtub.

Third floor:

On the third floor are the two remaining bedrooms. One is for 2 persons and the second for 4 persons. The bathroom on the third floor has a shower.

Basement:

Here is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

There is also a wine cellar where you can enjoy a glass of wine with the family in the evening in a quiet atmosphere.

Outbuilding:

The wellness area is located in the adjacent building. Here there is a heated swimming pool, a sauna and a shower. Right next to the pool building there is a games room with table football and table tennis and above the pool building there is an indoor football pitch. While the parents can sit comfortably in the living room, the children can have fun on the football pitch or in the playroom.

OUTSIDE:

In the outdoor area of this large holiday home is the garden. This has an area of about 660m². There is a barbecue area, a terrace with garden furniture, a sandpit and a swing. There is also a table tennis table and a petanque field so that the adults can also do some activities outside.

The house is situated in the small french-speaking village Waimes, that has a lot to offer (e.g. restaurants, bakeries, butchers, supermarket and petrol station). Nearby Waimes there is the lake of Robertville, the castle Reinhardstein or even the skiiing area of Ovivat. Bikes can also be rented to ride the Ravel bike path.

Also within easy reach is the small town of Malmedy with its many shops, restaurants and bars.

Luxembourg is also easily to reach via major roads. There is a selection of shopping centers (Knauf, Massen Shopping Centre, ...), leisure centers, lakes (Weiswampach) and restaurants.

The village Bütgenbach is also very close and offers plenty of activities such as hiking, cycling, the sports infrastructure Worriken with dam, the popular lake, as well as restaurants, cafes and bars.
