About the property
This 14-person holiday home is located in a small village called Limerlé, in the commune of Gouvy. The rural area is particularly inviting for walks in the countryside and is therefore perfect for people looking for peace and relaxation. Despite its rural location, the village is not far from some well-known towns and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Spend a relaxing stay with your family or friends, the house leaves nothing to be desired.
The holiday home was completely renovated in 2022 and is very tastefully furnished. Use the spacious kitchen to prepare a delicious dinner for the whole group or spend your time in the living room, which has enough equipment to pass the time even on rainy days. Play a game of billiards or have a drink at the bar and then end the evening by the stove.
The kitchen and the living room are located on the ground floor, and on the first floor there are 7 bedrooms, each with a shower and a washbasin. There are also 4 separate toilets in the house.
Outside there is a balcony with dining table, as well as a large garden with terrace and hottub, which invite you to linger on warm summer days.

This accommodation is located not far from Luxembourg in a beautiful region in the heart of the Ardennes.
It offers many possibilities for hiking and tourist discoveries.
A few kilometres away you will find the Lupulus brewery, you can also discover the beautiful region of Vielsalm with its lake and regional activities such as the craft market.
Only 15 minutes from Vielsalm - in Luxembourg - are two large shopping centres.
The Eastbelgium Action and Fun Centre is 20 kilometres away. There you can enjoy various activities such as karting, bowling, laser game 7d cinema,... are at your disposal.
