This beautiful holiday home is located in a quiet village in the Ardennes, near the French border. The house was completely renovated in 2023 and can accommodate 12 people. It has 6 bedrooms, each with 6 double beds, and 6 bathrooms, distributed on the first and 2nd floor.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with billiards, and a small library with a lounge.
The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired. On the 1ha property there is a large terrace, a jacuzzi, a tennis court, a petanque field, and much more.
This house is perfect for a stay with family or friends.

We were extremely satisfied, very tidy and fully equipped. We had brought everything to entertain children, but ultimately not necessary. Everything there.
Lovely in the evening by a fire bowl... also full of wood.
Problems were solved simply and quickly and questions were answered using an app.
Number of additions such as: a drying line or rack, coat rack upon arrival would be great.

Very nice location and home. Beautifully and attractively decorated. Unfortunately, no toilet downstairs yet and banisters would be recommended for older people. Everything there, jacuzzi very nice, tennis court and delicious restaurants in the neighborhood. It would be better to clean outside, cobwebs, windows, etc. Very tidy inside.

It would be good if there was a stair handrail to the upper floor, as older people had a hard time going up and down. The cleanliness was good in itself, except that the windows were already very dirty, and it would also be good to provide a few more beer glasses. Otherwise, it was a very nice weekend for us.

The property is in a very quiet area. There are various sporting opportunities in and around the house. We had lots of space and lots of fun in the accommodation!
Unfortunately we didn't have enough time.
The only minor criticism: the tennis court could be cleaned.. due to the pollen, it was sometimes slippery.

Great spot for a big group. Everything in the house and around the house was complete and in tip-top order. We brought unnecessary sports attributes because everything was there (tennis, table tennis, badminton). The only disadvantage were 2 bathrooms in the attic. It was actually impossible to shower there with good decency. That had to be done sitting in the bath without a screen or something. …

Only one towel available per person is too little! Suggestion to put several and to make the rooms more welcoming upon arrival.
The lighting in the kitchen is inadequate, it is too dark on the kitchen work table.
Lack of a better quality oven and stovetop for this type of home.
For the rest, excellent.! The potential to make this cottage even more attractive exists!

The accommodation is very spacious and well located. The equipment is perfect.
A quick note for the deposit to be paid on a private account and not a deposit via visa or Mastercard which would be much simpler.
Another remark, the list of fines gets a bit chilly upon arrival...
