The first floor leaves nothing to be desired, with its various terraces and balconies offering sumptuous views of both the sea and the surrounding mountains.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant air-conditioned living room (hot/cold) and a dining room, all with plenty of natural light.

There is also a bedroom with air-conditioning (hot/cold), 2 single beds (90x200cm) having its private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

1st floor:

This floor has 2 bedrooms:
- bedroom with ceiling fan, 2 single beds (90x200cm), terrace, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
- bedroom with air conditioning (hot/cold), double bed (150x200cm) and balcony.

Outside you'll find everything you need for a wonderful stay in the sun: garden, covered terrace, dining area with portable barbecue and swimming pool.

The pool is 4m x 9m, with a minimum depth of 1m and a maximum depth of 1.70m.

Cala d'Or will delight you with its typical Ibizan architecture, natural coves with crystal-clear waters, pine forests and much more.
Not far away is the Mondrago nature park, where you can discover the park's vegetation and fauna, including the region's aquatic birds, as well as the Drach caves and much more.
You can also enjoy the restaurants, bars, stores, etc. to be found throughout the region.
